1. Returns & Replacement

Since we deal in fresh grocery items, returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a refund, please send photos/videos of the damaged item to our support email or phone number within 24 hours of receiving your order.

3. Refund Process

Once verified and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days.
